Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, billing, reconciliations, and statutory documentation. The candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting software and be comfortable coordinating with the office, project sites, vendors, clients, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.

- Handle Tally/ERP entries, vouchers, ledgers, purchase and sales entries.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable and follow up for outstanding payments.

- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, receipts, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.

- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.

- Maintain proper records of site expenses, material purchases, labour payments, and other project-related expenses.

- Coordinate with project sites for bills, invoices, expenses, and supporting documents.

- Assist in preparation of GST, TDS and other statutory compliance records and coordinate with consultants.

- Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reviews.

- Monitor outstanding receivables/payables and provide timely updates.

- Ensure all accounting transactions are properly supported and recorded.

- Coordinate with vendors, clients, banks, and internal departments regarding financial matters.

- Perform any other accounting and finance-related responsibilities assigned by management.
