Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant to handle day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role requires someone who can manage accounts independently, stay compliant with statutory requirements, and maintain proper financial discipline within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP

• Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently

• Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and expense records

• Perform regular bank reconciliations

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

• Prepare and file GST returns and other required filings

• Maintain financial records, ledgers, and documentation

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing

• Coordinate with CA and auditors during audits

• Track expenses and support budgeting and cost control

• Ensure all financial data is updated and properly organized

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field

• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience preferred

• Strong working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting tools

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly

• Good time management and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling audits and compliance

• Familiarity with MIS reporting

• Basic knowledge of payroll processing
