We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency with accounting software, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records in accounting systems (Tally/QuickBooks/ERP).

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment follow-ups.

• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flows.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

• Maintain general ledger entries and support audit requirements.

• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.

• Support payroll processing and expense management.

• Generate financial reports and provide insights when needed.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.

• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in all accounting tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting (Freshers can also apply if needed).

• Strong understanding of accounting principles.

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/Excel/ERP).

• Good communication and analytical skills.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience with taxation (GST/TDS).

• Knowledge of statutory compliance and audit processes.

• Advanced Excel skills.
