Accounts Executive (Tally & Excel)
Location:
Dombivli, Maharashtra
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, working on Tally, and managing Excel-based reports to support accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain books of accounts using Tally
• Record daily accounting transactions (sales, purchase, receipts, payments)
• Prepare and update Excel sheets for accounts and reporting
• Perform bank reconciliation statements
• Assist in GST-related data preparation, if required
• Maintain invoices, vouchers, and accounting records
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in accounting entries
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Tally (ERP 9 / Prime)
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred
• Relevant experience preferred (freshers with good knowledge may apply)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
