We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to handle daily accounting operations including preparation of sales invoices, updating financial files, and ensuring compliance with TDS and GST requirements. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Excel and a good understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and on time.

• Update and maintain files, records, and accounting data systematically.

• Ensure TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) compliance and assist in filing related returns.

• Manage GST entries, reconciliation, and support in filing monthly/quarterly returns.

• Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for invoice-related queries.

• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining data in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).

• Support in day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks as required.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
