Job Title: Tally Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tally Assistant to manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally ERP / Tally Prime. The candidate will support bookkeeping, billing, GST compliance, and basic financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounts in Tally (Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment entries)

• Generate invoices, quotations, debit/credit notes

• Maintain ledger, cash book, bank book

• Handle GST entries, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B preparation support

• Reconcile bank statements (BRS)

• Track accounts receivable and payable

• Assist in monthly and yearly closing

• Maintain records of expenses, petty cash

• Coordinate with CA and auditors when required

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation in Commerce (B.Com preferred)

• Knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP

• Basic understanding of GST, TDS

• Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word

• Good numerical and analytical skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
