Job Responsibilities
Prepare and manage sales bills and purchase bills in Tally.
Handle sales and purchase entries in Tally.
Prepare and process Credit Notes and Debit Notes.
Maintain daily accounting and billing records.
Handle GST-related entries and basic GST documentation.
Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
Check invoices, purchase bills, sales bills and supporting documents.
Handle cash, credit and online payment entries.
Assist in bank and account reconciliation.
Maintain proper filing of invoices and accounting documents.
Coordinate with the Accounts Department for day-to-day accounting work.
