Core Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Reconciliation: Perform accurate and timely reconciliations of bank statements, credit cards, and ledger accounts to resolve discrepancies. [1, 2]
Transactional Accounting: Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring vendor invoices are processed and client collections are monitored. [1, 2]
Month/Year-End Close: Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entry preparation and accruals. [1]

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables). Experience with ERPs or accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle is highly preferred.
