Key Responsibilities:

· Daily reconciliation of Sale

· Daily cash deposits

· Daily accounting related to cash & sale

· Clearance of petty cash vouchers

· Compliance as per the internal checklist

· Coordination with departments for timely submission of bills

· Reconciliation of sales software & accounting system from time to time

Preparation & sharing of reports with RO / Corporate office as per scheduled timelines

Skills Sets/ Managerial Skills:

· Good knowledge of MS – Excel, Word and Tally ERP

· Good knowledge of Accounts payable & accounts receivable

· Basic knowledge of general accounting

· Basic knowledge of direct & indirect tax
