Job Summary

Texzone International is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Fresher) to join our Accounts & Finance team. The candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing invoices, recording transactions, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Record daily accounting transactions in Tally and MS Excel.

· Prepare sales and purchase invoices.

· Maintain cash, bank, and ledger records.

· Assist with GST documentation and basic compliance.

· Process vendor bills and maintain payment records.

· Track customer payments and outstanding balances.

· Support inventory and stock-related accounting entries.

· Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports.

· Organize accounting documents and maintain proper records.

· Coordinate with the Purchase, Sales, and Stores departments.

Required Skills

· Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles.

· Familiarity with Tally Prime and MS Excel.

· Basic understanding of GST.

· Good numerical, analytical, and communication skills.

· Eagerness to learn and attention to detail.
