Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and update account profiles on CRM software

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

- Identify cross-selling opportunities and drive revenue growth

- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams

- Prepare reports and analyze account data

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field

- 1-3 years of experience in account management or customer service

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
