Accountant – GST, E-Way Bill & Billing Executive Jobs in Gurugram

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, GST billing, E-Way Bill generation, invoicing, and financial documentation at our office in Palam Vihar, Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, and GST-compliant invoices.

• Generate E-Way Bills through the GST portal.

• Handle GST calculations, including CGST, SGST, and IGST.

• Maintain sales, purchase, and accounting records.

• Make accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

• Assist in GST return preparation, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.

• Reconcile customer and supplier accounts.

• Verify GSTIN, HSN codes, and applicable tax rates.

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and transporters for billing and dispatch documentation.

• Maintain debit notes, credit notes, delivery challans, and other accounting documents.

• Perform bank reconciliation and other routine accounting tasks.

Required Skills

• Practical experience in GST accounting and E-Way Bill generation.

• Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.

• Good understanding of GST compliance and invoicing procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Ability to manage accounting records independently.
