Position: Accounts & Liaison Officer
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Location: Prem Darwaja, Ahmedabad
Salary: Rs. 20000 PM to Rs. 22000 PM
Qualification: Any Graduate
Gender: Male

Job Description:

Accounting & Finance:

 Maintain daily accounting records manually (cash, bank, vouchers, ledgers, etc.)

 Prepare and submit regular reports such as:

o Outstanding receivables & payables

o Party-wise balances

o Bank balances and reconciliations

 Follow up with customers and vendors for outstanding payments

 Coordinate with banks for routine banking work and documentation

 Support basic compliance-related work as required

Coordination & Liaison:

 Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers

 Handle logistics-related coordination (dispatch documents, follow-ups, etc.)

 Carry out day-to-day office liaison work with banks, transporters, and local offices

 Assist management with administrative and coordination tasks

General Office Work:

 Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts and office records

 Support smooth day-to-day office operations

 Any other work assigned related to accounts and office coordination
