Positions Available

1. Accountant / Senior Accountant

2. Account Assistant / Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and records

• Handle purchase, sales, journal, and ledger entries

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and payments

• Bank reconciliation and resolving discrepancies

• Prepare financial reports, support monthly/yearly closings

• Ensure GST, TDS, VAT, and other tax compliance

• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting

• Prepare stock statements, quotations, invoices, E-way bills, and delivery challans

• Independently handle audit and IT scrutiny (for senior roles)

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Graduation in Accounting or Finance

• Experience:

  • 2–3 years (Accountant / Account Assistant)

  • 3–5 years (Accountant / Engineering Firms / C.A. firms)

  • 5–8 years (Senior Accountant / Manufacturing or Private Limited Companies)

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime

  • MS Office (Excel, Word)

  • Strong accounting principles, GST, TDS, and taxation knowledge

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Preferences:

  • Male / Female candidates based on company requirement

  • Candidates residing near the job location preferred

  • Immediate joiners encouraged

Salary

• Depends on qualification, experience, and company policies

• Range for Senior Accountant: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month (Negotiable)
