We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage the company's financial records, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and provide accurate financial information to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and record day-to-day financial transactions.

• Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.

• Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Prepare GST returns, TDS returns, and assist with Income Tax compliances.

• Ensure timely statutory payments and regulatory compliance.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

• Coordinate with auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits.

• Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and financial analysis.

• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.

• Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost control.

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

• Support management by providing financial reports and recommendations
