Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

• Data Management: Document, organize, and maintain financial records, ensuring all entries are accurate and consistent.

• Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and financial discrepancies.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.

• Analysis & Insights: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization.

• Budgeting: Assist in creating and monitoring budgets and forecasts.

• Auditing: Cooperate with internal/external auditors and prepare audit reports.

• Taxation: Calculate and submit tax returns and ensure timely filing. 

  Essential Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and software.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail and integrity.

  • Strong verbal and written communication.

  • Ability to present complex financial data clearly.

  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial systems (like Excel, accounting software).
