Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, GST compliance, TDS processing, and financial record maintenance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, MS Excel, GST, and TDS and possess a good understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

• Handle daily accounting entries, vouchers, receipts, and payments.

• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with GST regulations.

• Calculate, deduct, and file TDS returns accurately and on time.

• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.

• Generate invoices and track receivables/payables.

• Prepare MIS reports using MS Excel.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for accounting-related matters.

• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).

• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

• Good knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.

• Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and taxation.
