Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, taxation compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting software and a strong understanding of GST, TDS, and financial reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

• Pass accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.

Work on •Tally Prime•• and Busy Accounting Software.

Handle •GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance••.

Manage •TDS deduction, return filing, and reconciliation••.

• Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.

• Prepare MIS reports and financial data using Advanced Excel.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.

• Coordinate with auditors and consultants as required.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of •Accounting & Bookkeeping••.

Proficiency in •Tally Prime•• and Busy Software.

Good understanding of •GST•• and TDS.

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Reports, Formulas).

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

Minimum •2 years of relevant accounting experience••.

Experience in a •CA Firm•• will be preferred.
