Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our Accounts department, specifically handling sales and purchase operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with data entry, documentation, and basic accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update sales and purchase records
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and billing documents
Handle data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel)
Assist in account reconciliation and report generation
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for purchase and sales queries
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Support GST-related documentation and compliance (if applicable)
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in Tally ,MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred)
Good communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field preferred
Salary:
