🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure timely compliance of GST, TDS, Income Tax & other statutory requirements
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers and financial records
- Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, journal entries and reconciliations
- Handle Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements
- Ensure timely tax payments, returns and statutory filings
- Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing
- Monitor accounting transactions and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Maintain and manage accounting records using Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Use Advanced Excel for financial analysis, reporting and data management
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, consultants and statutory authorities whenever required
🎯 Required Skills & Competencies
✔ Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliance
✔ Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
✔ Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime
✔ Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel
✔ Experience in MIS reporting, reconciliation & financial closing
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔ High level of accuracy, attention to detail and accountability
✔ Good organizational and time-management skills
✔ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
