Job Description – Account Executive

Company: Parmar Digital & Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd.

Job Location: MIG-B99, C-Sector, Vidya Nagar, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal – 462026

Position: Account Executive

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Age: 18 – 26 Years
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Educational Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA

Key Skills Required

• Tally (Accounting Software)

• TDS & GST Compliance

• Journal Entry Posting

• Ledger Maintenance

• Billing / Invoice Creation

• Basic Accounting & Documentation

• MS Excel & Office Tools

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally.

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain accurate ledgers.

• Create bills, invoices and manage client billing records.

• Handle GST and TDS related data, returns support and documentation.

• Reconcile accounts and verify vouchers and supporting documents.

• Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams, clients and consultants for financial records.

• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.

• Maintain proper filing and digital records of accounts and tax documents.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Basic understanding of accounting standards and taxation.

• Good learning attitude and ability to work under deadlines.

• Organized, responsible and detail-oriented.
