Palis Decor is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting activities using Vyapar software. The candidate will prepare quotations and estimates, maintain sales and expense records, monitor stock, and ensure all financial and inventory records are updated accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quotations and estimates using Vyapar software.

Create sales invoices and delivery challans.

Record daily sales, purchases, and expenses in Vyapar.

Maintain cash, bank, and expense records.

Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding dues.

Update supplier bills and purchase entries.

Maintain accurate stock records in Vyapar.

Perform regular physical stock counting and reconcile with system records.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and expense reports.

Maintain inventory movement records.

Organize and maintain all accounting documents, invoices, bills, and receipts.

Assist with GST-related documentation and provide records to the auditor when required.

Ensure proper filing of all financial and inventory records.

Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams for stock and billing accuracy.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Experience using Vyapar software (preferred).

Good knowledge of MS Excel.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidential financial information.
