Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support compliance with statutory requirements. The candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting processes and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process sales invoices accurately and on time

• Make sales entries in Tally/ERP and maintain proper records

• Enter and verify purchase bills and expenses in the system

• Perform billing activities including GST-compliant invoicing

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, journal, receipt, payment)

• Reconcile sales and purchase registers with ledgers

• Coordinate with sales and purchase teams for correct documentation

• Maintain vendor and customer account records

• Assist in GST returns preparation related to sales and purchase data

• Generate, verify, and manage E-Way Bills for outward and inward movement of goods as per GST rules

• Ensure accuracy of vehicle details, invoice data, and validity of E-Way Bills

• Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of bills and invoices

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• Hands-on experience with Tally / accounting software

• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

• Good analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience

• 1– years of relevant experience in accounting or finance (manufacturing industry preferred)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

• Accounts Manager / Finance Head
