We are looking for an Accountant to join our team. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 (Or we can negotiate) and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely tax filings, computations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Securely manage and back up financial data while maintaining confidentiality.

• Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports.

• Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.

  1. Billing and Invoicing: Tally, Excel, Docs, prepare, send, and follow up on invoices.

  2. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process payments, manage collections, and reconcile accounts.

  3. Financial Reporting: Maintain general ledger, prepare financial statements, assist in budgets.

  4. Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations.

  5. Expense Management: Monitor and process company expenses and reimbursements.

  6. Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and compliance.

  7. Audit Support: Assist in audits and ensure policy adherence.

  8. Customer Service: Handle billing/accounting inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

  9. Financial Analysis: Analyze data for insights and improvements.

  10. Software Management: Use accounting software for transactions and reporting.

  11. Administrative Support: Perform general accounting and project related administrative tasks.
      

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is a graduate. Applicants must have knowledge of generally accepted accounting.
