Job Description – Assistant Accountant

Location: Borivali, Mumbai

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month

Experience: Freshers with accounting knowledge or experienced candidates may apply

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries in Tally Prime

• Maintain sales, purchase, expense, and payment records

• Perform bank reconciliation, cash book management, and voucher posting

• Assist in basic GST filing and compliance work

• Prepare and update ledgers, invoices, and supporting documents

• Draft emails and follow up with clients and vendors

• Assist the senior accountant with monthly closing and audit documentation

• Maintain organized accounting and billing files

• Coordinate with vendors/customers regarding billing and payment queries

Required Skills

• Good command of Tally Prime

• Basic understanding of GST filing

• Strong accounting knowledge (B.Com preferred)

• Good communication and email-handling skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel

• Detail-oriented and responsible attitude

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / Accounting-related degree

• 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with good knowledge may apply)

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
