🔹 About the Role

We are hiring Billing & Invoice Executives (AP) who will handle vendor billing, payment booking, coordination with internal teams, and accounting documentation. Candidates must have basic accounting knowledge with working experience in Tally or SAP.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Process vendor bills & invoices in SAP/Tally
✔ Verify supporting documents before billing entry
✔ Book and record vendor payments
✔ Coordinate with logistics, procurement & finance teams
✔ Resolve billing/payment discrepancies
✔ Follow up for approvals & payment confirmations
✔ Maintain bills, GRNs, vouchers & audit documents

🔹 Skills & Competencies

• Good understanding of basic accounting

• Hands-on experience in Tally/SAP

• Strong communication & coordination skills

• Attention to detail

• Ability to manage timelines and documentation
