📌 Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 1–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. The candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally and a good understanding of accounting principles.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

✅ Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions

✅ Handle purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries

✅ Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

✅ Prepare invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents

✅ Perform bank and ledger reconciliations

✅ Maintain accurate records in Tally

✅ Assist with monthly financial reports and account closing activities

✅ Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting and payment-related matters

✅ Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of financial records

🛠️ Mandatory Skills

✔ Tally – Mandatory

✔ Good knowledge of accounting principles

✔ MS Excel / MS Office

✔ Good numerical and analytical skills

✔ Attention to detail and accuracy

✔ Good communication and organizational skills

🎓 Qualification

B.Com / Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce – Mandatory

👤 Ideal Candidate

✔ 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience

✔ Hands-on experience with Tally

✔ Good understanding of basic accounting and financial transactions

✔ Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented

✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
