Job Title: Accountant / Accounts Executive

Location: Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 2–6+ years

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, vendor billing, reconciliations, and routine tax filings. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with accounting software, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure smooth cash-flow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Bookkeeping: Record daily financial transactions, ledger entries, and manage accounts payable/receivable.

• Vendor & Billing Management: Process purchase orders, verify contractor/vendor invoices, track payments, and issue client billings.

• Banking & Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and manage site petty cash logs.

• Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Prepare and assist with monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS calculations, and statutory deductions.

• Payroll & Expense Processing: Maintain staff attendance logs, assist in monthly salary disbursement, and verify expense claims.

• Reporting: Prepare monthly profit-and-loss summaries, balance sheets, and outstanding payment tracking reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP 9, MS Excel, and standard accounting software.

• Knowledge: Sound understanding of GST regulations, TDS rates, and standard accounting principles (GAAP).

• Core Competencies: High numerical accuracy, organizational ability, and strong verbal/written communication skills.

Compensation & Perks

• Salary: ₹25,000 – 40,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
