Job Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of a reputed industrial garment manufacturing firm. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting records and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger entries.

• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

• Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.

• Coordinate with auditors and prepare necessary documents for audit.

• Manage petty cash and track expenses.

• Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.

• Monitor inventory records and ensure cost control.

• Support management with budgeting and financial analysis.

• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.

• Minimum 1 years of accounting experience (preferably in manufacturing).

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and other accounting software.

• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other compliance laws.

• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
