Account Executive – Nimesh Hariya & Associates

Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our team at Nimesh Hariya & Associates!
If you have experience in bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and audit support, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a professional and dynamic environment providing Virtual CFO and Outsourced Finance services.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients.

• Handle monthly GST and TDS compliance, including computation, payment, and return filing.

• Assist in Account Finalization and preparation of financial statements.

• Support in Tax Audit and Statutory Audit processes, including working paper preparation and query resolution.

• Perform reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer, etc.) and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Coordinate with clients for timely data submission, clarifications, and report delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Tally / QuickBooks / Zoho Books / Excel.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Accounting Standards.

• Ability to manage deadlines and multi-client engagements.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
