Job వివరణ

Job Description – Accounts Executive

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
Process purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
Manage GST, TDS, Professional Tax, PF & ESIC related accounting.
Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, and vendors.
Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing.
Generate MIS reports and financial statements.
Work on Tally ERP/Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF & ESIC.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
