🌟 We Are Hiring – Accounts Executive 🌟

One of my friends is looking for a talented Accounts Executive for a jewellery company. If you have experience in accounting software and want to work with a growing team — this opportunity is for you!

🔹 Position: Accounts Executive

🔹 Industry: Jewellery

🔹 Location: phase 11 Mohali

🔹 Experience: 1–3 years (or as per requirement)

🔹 Software Skills:

Zoho Books

Xero

QuickBooks

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Daily accounting & bookkeeping

✔ Sales/purchase entry, invoicing & billing

✔ Bank & ledger reconciliation

✔ Accounts payable/receivable management

✔ Monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.)

✔ GST/VAT & basic compliance support

What We’re Looking For:

👉 Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals

👉 Hands-on experience in any of the mentioned accounting tools

👉 Good Excel skills

👉 Attention to detail and accuracy

👉Zoho Books

👉Xero

👉QuickBooks
