Job Description: Accounts Executive

Position: Accounts Executive

Experience Required: 1–3 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Location: Work From Office

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software, strong knowledge of taxation, and proficiency in Excel and office tools.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime / Tally Gold

Handle accounting activities using software-based systems (Tally, Zoho Accounting Software)

Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, bills, and invoices

Assist in taxation-related work (GST, TDS, basic compliance support)

Reconcile bank statements and accounts

Prepare basic MIS reports using MS Excel

Maintain proper documentation and financial records

Draft and manage official communication via MS Outlook

Coordinate with internal teams for accounting and documentation requirements

Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of relevant experience in accounts or finance

Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP 9, Tally Prime, and Tally Gold

Good proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, reports, data handling)

Working knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS basics)

Familiarity with Zoho accounting software or similar accounting tools

Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook email communication

Good understanding of software-based accounting processes

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field

Experience in software-driven accounting environments
