We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at at Sumanya chemical pvt ltd. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹16,000 - ₹18,500 and opportunities for professional growth.
Core Responsibilities
Sales Accounting: Record daily sales invoices, track customer payments, and monitor outstanding accounts receivable.
Purchase Management: Process vendor bills, cross-verify purchase orders (POs) with delivery notes, and prepare accounts payable schedules.
Ledger Maintenance: Post and balance daily journal entries to maintain clean general ledgers.
Banking Operations: Assist with routine bank reconciliations and verify cash/digital transaction logs.
Document Control: Organize and archive physical and digital financial records, vouchers, and tax invoices for audit readiness.
