Job Brief

MSD Engineering – The Fire Wala is looking for a Senior Accountant / Accounts Executive who can independently handle day-to-day accounting, billing, expenses, bank entries, challans, stock-related records and financial documentation. The candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally/ERP, Excel, GST, TDS and accounting processes.

🔑 Key Responsibilities (KRA)

1. Billing & Accounting

• Sales & purchase bills prepare and verify karna.

• Payment, receipt, journal & ledger entries maintain karna.

• Customer/vendor account statements maintain karna.

2. Bank & Expense Management

• Daily expenses and payment entries update karna.

• Bank reconciliation maintain karna.

• Outstanding payments and collections track karna.

3. Challan & Stock Records

• Challan prepare and tracking maintain karna.

• Stock records ko accounts ke saath reconcile karna.

• Material-related financial entries verify karna.

4. GST, TDS & Documentation

• GST/TDS-related data compile and maintain karna.

• Vendor bills, receipts and financial documents properly file karna.

• CA/Management ke liye required reports aur data ready karna.

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Monthly/periodic accounts reports prepare karna.

• Outstanding & payment reports maintain karna.

• Management, vendors and internal departments ke saath coordination karna.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualification

• Education: B.Com / M.Com preferred

• Experience: 1–3 Years in Accounting

• Software: Tally/ERP & MS Excel – Must

• Knowledge: GST, TDS, Billing, Bank Reconciliation & Ledger

• Skills: Accuracy, calculation, documentation & reporting

• Other: Good communication and team coordination
