Hiring for ACCOUNTANT in Kandivali East

Experience: 5–7 Years

1. Package -40K-60K Average per month

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and detail-oriented Office Accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounting operations and coordinate across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling complete accounting operations

• Managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

• Payment follow-ups and vendor/customer reconciliation

• Bank reconciliation and ledger management

• Invoice processing and billing coordination

• GST-related coordination and documentation support

• Maintaining accounting records and MIS reports

• Data entry and bookkeeping

• Coordination with internal teams, vendors, logistics, and sales teams

• Supporting operational and commercial documentation

• Preparing Excel reports, sales reports, and reconciliation statements

• Managing accounting documentation and audit-related coordination

• Maintaining accuracy in financial records and reporting

Key Requirements:

• 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong working knowledge of Zoho Accounting applications

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and reporting

• Good understanding of accounting terminologies and processes

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Organized, process-oriented, and proactive personality

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Industry Background:
Trading, distribution, retail, consumer electronics, IT accessories, or similar industries.

Very good English Communication skill required.
