Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.

• Prepare and manage invoices, payments, and receipts.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Manage GST, TDS, and other tax-related compliances.

• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.

• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

• Maintain payroll records and process employee salaries.

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 2–5 years of accounting experience.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally Prime, Busy, or ERP systems.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.

• Experience in retail, jewellery, or manufacturing industry preferred.
