Job Description:

• Handle accounting entries for Purchase, Expense, Sales, Cash & JV with proper record keeping.

• Manage bank, debtors & creditors reconciliation.

• Prepare export documentation & follow up for debtor collections.

• Plan cash flow and handle payments to creditors.

• Manage insurance, statutory compliances (TDS, GST, PF), and salary/PF calculations.

• Maintain labour registers as per Factory Act.

• Support internal & statutory audits.

• Perform monthly FG & WIP stock reconciliation and prepare P&L and Balance Sheet.

• Proficient in Tally, MS Word & MS Excel.
