Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 3–4 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and maintain financial records, vouchers, invoices, and ledgers.
Handle bank reconciliations and daily accounting entries.
Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Prepare GST returns and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Generate MIS reports and financial statements.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments.
Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office.
