Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Accounts Executive with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience to manage daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting software, GST compliance, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily books of accounts including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

• Prepare and manage invoices, billing, and payment follow-ups.

• Handle GST related work including return filing, reconciliation, and compliance.

• Maintain records of creditors, debtors, and bank transactions.

• Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) on a regular basis.

• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.

• Maintain proper documentation of all financial records.

• Coordinate with CA for audits, returns, and taxation matters.

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.

• Support management with financial data and reports whenever required.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Tally / Accounting Software.

• Strong understanding of GST, basic taxation, and compliance.

• Proficiency in MS Excel for accounting and reporting work.

• Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the Accounts field is required.
