About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Accountant with 2–5 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping.

Prepare and maintain general ledger, journal entries, and trial balance.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and payment processing.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

Prepare GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings as required.

Support in bank reconciliation and monitoring company cash flows.

Coordinate with internal teams and auditors during internal and external audits.

Generate accurate financial reports, MIS reports, and statements.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.

Maintain organized financial documentation for easy retrieval and audit readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2–5 years of hands-on experience as an Accountant.

Proficiency in Tally / ERP (SAP/Oracle) / Accounting software.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic tax rules.

Good understanding of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a corporate or mid-sized organization.

Knowledge of MIS reporting and financial analysis.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary Range:

₹22,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Depending on experience and skills)

Work Schedule:

Work from Office

Days: Mon–Sat

Timings: 10:00am to 7:00pm
