Job Title: Accountant
Location: Chennai

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience with tools like Tally and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update financial records and books of accounts
Handle daily accounting tasks including invoices, payments, and receipts
Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports
Manage GST, tax filings, and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor financial transactions
Assist in budgeting and financial planning
Coordinate with auditors and support audits
Maintain accurate documentation of all financial activities

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
