Accountant

We are looking for an Tally Accountant to join our team at at Laxmi Ceramics And Hardware. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate financial records using Tally software, including entries related to purchases, sales, and expenses.

• Transaction Processing: Process invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations, including timely tax payments and accurate filing of returns.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders, providing insights into the organization’s financial performance.

• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring that the organization’s books are balanced and discrepancies are managed efficiently.

• Audit Support: Assist in periodic audits and prepare necessary documentation for external audits.

• Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 4 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
