Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Update loan disbursement details in the company’s software/system.
• Update customer EMI payments and collection transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements with loan disbursement and collection records.
• Maintain customer loan accounts and outstanding balances.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for disbursement and collection.
• Verify payment receipts and maintain transaction records.
• Coordinate with the collection team for payment updates and reconciliation.
• Handle bank reconciliation, vouchers, invoices, and payment records.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audit documentation.
• Work on Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other applicable compliance requirements.
Experience in loan disbursement and collection payment updates.
"Candidate who worked with NBFC (Pay Day loans/ Short Term Loans) are preferrable"
