Accountant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the organization’s financial health. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience in accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, examine, and maintain financial records and reports

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and expenses

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with statutory regulations

• Monitor budgets and track financial performance

• Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Proven experience as an Accountant (1–5 years or as required)

• Knowledge of accounting principles and standards

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Excel)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• CA/Inter CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent certification

• Experience in GST, TDS, and taxation (especially in India)
