Bookkeeper (Night Shift)

Shift Timing: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST

About the Role

We are hiring a Bookkeeper to support our Canadian CPA firm. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, working with accounting software, and assisting in bookkeeping and accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Recording daily accounting transactions

• Maintaining ledgers, journals, and financial records

• Bank and credit card reconciliations

• Accounts payable and receivable tracking

• Generating reports and supporting month-end/year-end processes

• review engagement working papers and financial statements understanding of bookkeeping and accounting concepts

• Good written and spoken English

Technical Skills

✔ Proficient in MS Excel

✔ Experience with QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) is required

✔ Experience in CaseWare is an asset (training can be provided)
