We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial reporting and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly reconciliations.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.

• Process invoices, vendor payments, and expense tracking.

• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.

• Maintain accurate records for audits and tax assessments.

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.

• Assist management with financial analysis and reporting requirements.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 2–5 years of accounting or finance experience.

• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting regulations.

• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.

• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance qualification preferred.

• Experience in a CA firm or a financial services environment is an advantage.

• Familiarity with compliance and audit processes.
