We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant with strong proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Excel. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, maintaining accurate accounts, and handling vehicle-related tracking and expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9
Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Track and record vehicle expenses, fuel usage, maintenance, and related documentation
Monitor vehicle logs and ensure proper record-keeping
Generate and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Assist in audits and tax-related work as required
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role
Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP 9
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, reports, data management)
Ability to manage and track vehicle-related records efficiently
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
