Sr. Executive – Accounts

Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 1–4 Years

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com with a minimum of 50% marks

About the Role

KALCO is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Sr. Executive – Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, taxation-related activities and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting and finance operations.

Handle GST, TDS, taxation and banking-related work.

Prepare bank and account reconciliations.

Maintain Debtors, Creditors and employee ledgers.

Record sales and purchase journal entries.

Maintain inward/outward gate pass records.

Ensure books and accounting records are updated accurately.

Prepare checklists and track tasks until completion.

Prepare daily reports and coordinate with senior management.

Take up additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For

1–4 years of relevant accounting experience.

Strong working knowledge of Tally, Busy, ERP and MS Excel/Word.

Practical understanding of GST, TDS, taxation and reconciliations.

Good attention to detail with strong follow-up skills.

Self-motivated, honest and trustworthy.

Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.

Willingness to take additional responsibilities.

Candidate Preference

Preferably male candidates.

Candidates should ideally have stable employment history.

Comfortable commuting to the office within approximately 45 minutes.
