We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant Executive to manage financial operations in our pharmaceutical company. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Prepare GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
Manage TDS calculations and filings.
Prepare financial statements, invoices, and reports.
Handle bank reconciliation and cash flow management.
Maintain purchase and sales records related to pharmaceutical products.
Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and management.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory regulations.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Tally / Accounting Software.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation rules.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
Attention to detail and good analytical skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or relevant degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing company.
